If using a tracked service we will send you tracking details once your item has been despatched. All tracked deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt. If no one is available to take receipt of your order, a card will be left explaining where the item is and what to do next.
Unfortunately mail can occasionally be delayed or even lost. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact us in the first instance and we'll do our best to asssit, however there are a few points you should note:-
- The Royal Mail do not consider mail lost until 15 working days after dispatch.
- Afrodite cannot report an item lost until after 15 working days.
- Afrodite cannot be held responsible for any delayed or lost mail.

All international deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt. If no one is available to take receipt, a card will be left explaining where the item is and what to do next. Orders can be tracked using Royal Mail Trace & Trace, entering the reference number supplied with your dispatch confirmation.
Warning: Shipping of liquid adhesives
These products may be rendered ineffective if exposed to extremes in temperature. Afrodite cannot accept responsibility for environmental factors which can affect this product.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Afrodite offer customers a returns policy if the order is returned within thirty days of receipt. If you have any concerns, please contact us to discuss and we shall do our best to resolve to a satisfactory conclusion. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
In the event of a customer requesting a refund of a "free shipping" order the original shipping charges will be deducted from the total cost of the order.
Wigs & Extensions
On receipt of your wig/extensions, please check the item for fit, colour, quality, suitability etc. We recommend using a protective stocking cap when checking your wig to avoid transfering any odors/products onto the wig.
DO NOT CUT YOUR WIG/EXTENSIONS UNLESS YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER.
CUTTING/ALTERING YOUR WIG/EXTENSIONS IS AN ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER AND INVALIDATES ANY REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
Posting Returns/exchanges back to us
We recommend using some form of recorded/registered mail as we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost returns. The return address is as follows:-

Please retain a receipt and ask for proof of posting. We will confirm receipt of any return goods and subsequent action within 2 working days. In the event of a customer requesting a refund of a "free shipping" order the original shipping charges will be deducted from the total cost of the order.
Must be returned within 30 days. Refunds for accessories are strictly in accordance with our terms: in its original packaging unopened and unused.
We are happy to exchange orders subject to availability and in accordance with terms. Please include the original packaging slip and confirm your revised order when returning goods for exchange. Please note there will be an addtional postage charge to return the exchanged goods back to you.
If you wish to have your order refunded, we will reimburse you using the same payment method as your original purchase. We will confirm receipt of any return goods and subsequent action within 2 working days. If you believe goods to be faulty, please contact us in the first instance to discuss. Any faulty items should be returned by registered mail, unused and its original packaging within 30 days. Any postal fees incurred for faulty goods will also be refunded. We will confirm receipt of any return goods and subsequent action within 2 working days.
