Please return within 7 days. The item(s) must be intact and in its original packaging. Please include a covering letter confirming the replacement you require. The postal charges for refunds & exchanges are entirely at the buyer’s expense.

Refund for faulty goods (Including postage).
If you find that the item is faulty, please return within 14 calendar days of receiving the item(s). The item(s) must be in its original packaging, intact and UNUSED.

READY MADE LACE WIGS

Ready Made Wigs: Please make sure that you have conducted adequate research to ensure that lace wigs are the right option for you and your lifestyle. There are no refunds on ready made wigs unless they are found to be faulty, ie, the item does not match its description or is not manufactured as described.

ESSENTIAL: PLEASE DO NOT CUT YOUR LACE WIG UNTIL YOU ARE SURE IT FITS PROPERLY - WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY LACE WIGS WHICH HAVE BEEN CUT OR TAMPERED WITH

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any of our wigs, it must be returned, AT THE BUYER"S EXPENSE, within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. Postage by Special Delivery is advisable when returning wigs. The item must be in its original packaging, intact and UNUSED. Return your parcel and obtain a receipt as proof of purchase.

Delivery
Ready Made Wigs are despatched by next day special delivery (subject to availability).

CUSTOM MADE LACE WIGS

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. We will require "final confirmation" before commencing production of your order.

Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘submit order’ on the final part of our ordering process.

Delays
Occasionally, the manufacture may experience delays. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

Cancellations, amendments & returns  
As your wig is made specifically for you, once payment is taken, no changes to the order or any cancellation may be made, except in accordance with your legal rights.

Additionally we will only accept returns in accordance with your legal rights; for example:

if the wig has not been manufactured as specified.  if the sizing of the wig is incorrect. If you are returning a wig due to a fault, or you believe it has not been made to the specification given by you, we will re-make a wig to the correct specifications. The new wig will arrive 6-8 weeks from 'final confirmation' - we will contact you by email to update you on the progress of your order.

Collection of Custom Made Wigs  
Made to Measure orders must be collected within 14 days of notification. Where a deposit has been made, the balance owing must be paid in full within 14 days.

Afrodite reserve the right to resell any items not paid for within the 14 days of being notified.
