UK DELIVERY & SHIPPING
You can choose your delivery method for your items in your shopping cart.
All orders that include a wig must be sent Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery which includes up to £500 insurance. Deadlines for in stock items are as follows:
Monday to Thursday:
Orders received before 3pm - Guaranteed Next Day (where applicable).
Friday:
Orders received before 3pm - £2.50 surcharge applies for Guaranteed Next Day delivery (on Saturday).
Saturday:
Posted on Monday with Guaranteed Next Day delivery: will arrive on Tuesday (where applicable).
Sunday:
Posted on Monday with Guaranteed Next Day delivery: will arrive on Tuesday (where applicable).
To avoid any postage delays, please ensure that the cardholder's address matches the delivery address. Afrodite cannot accept responsibility for delays incurred for this reason.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We welcome international orders the following procedures apply:Please contact us in the first instance to discuss your requirements. If the item is in stock and the order confirmed, the following payment methods can be made.
Method of Payment (no exceptions)
We accept all major credit cards, Moneygram or Western Union for International orders.
Once the order is confirmed, we will send instructions.
Once payment has been received, your goods will be dispatched. We will send confirmation, invoice and tracking details of your order via email.
Delivery Costs
Orders are shipped via Airsure (Europe) or DHL subject to Terms & Conditions - Selected products may be delivered to the following:-
Europe Airsure (2-4 days) £15 North America DHL (1-2 days) £30
Europe DHL (1-2 days) £30 Rest of World DHL (1-4 days) £30
Please note that products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Deliveries outside the UK are subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation. Afrodite Lace Wigs is not responsible for international custom charges or VAT that might be arise - please check before committing to purchase.
Signature Required
All international deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt. If no one is available to take receipt, a card will be left explaining where the item is and what to do next.
International Returns
If you wish to return an item that is unsuitable or not required you will be liable for the return delivery. If you wish to then try a different size or style, delivery will be charged again to post the item back to you. Click here for more information on our returns policy.
Warning: Shipping of ORWG
This product is ineffective if exposed to freezing temperatures below 32 Fahrenheit / zero Celsius. If you receive the glue and it is solid and rubbery, and therefore permanently ruined as a result of having become too cold, we will not refund your costs. Afrodite cannot accept responsibility for environmental factors which can affect this product.
